The peaceful environment

After our first stay, I booked another one to prolong the great experience I mentioned earlier. Time flies here, but it feels wonderful to watch the whole family enjoy quality moments together. I highly recommend connected rooms, as they are perfect for larger families, offering both privacy and a sense of togetherness. The rooms are clean and spacious, the local reef and underwater life are fascinating, and we all enjoy snorkeling so much that I am already thinking about extending our stay even further.

My favorite was definitely the Lebanese restaurant. The staff there were extremely respectful and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the Lebanese restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed El-Sayed, and the Chef Amr Mohamed, who personally came to greet us—it was such a nice gesture. I also want to thank Mohamed Gamal and Mohamed Basiony from the main restaurant. Their service was outstanding, also thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Suleiman from the Egyptian restaurant Tajin. The food there was exceptional, and the service was absolutely outstanding.

Good service, and very friendly staff

The staff was great specially Mohamed I forgot his last name, and all the restaurants staff chefs and waiters.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are big, cozy, and tastefully furnished in a classic style. Even though there isn’t a sandy beach, the hotel has several amazing pools that more than make up for it. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly respectful and attentive — thank you to all of them! I highly recommend this place, and it’s perfect for families with kids too.

The food was truly amazing, with excellent taste and variety – definitely the highlight of my stay. The kids pool area was nice, my kids had enjoyed a lot, also the west wing pool was nice, I enjoyed it. most of the staff were friendly. I would like to give special thanks to Chef Wagdy, Chef Ayman, Chef Khairy, and Chef Mohamed Ismail for their outstanding efforts and hospitality. Overall, the hotel has good potential and the property itself was nice.

Beautiful property located in the middle of naama bay and soho square. Highlights are the pools, buffet and food/drinks throughout the day, and friendly staff.

I really liked the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities were excellent. The food was varied and delicious, and the location was perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere made my vacation truly enjoyable.
